Description
Working in publishing for many years as a writer and editor, Ms. Borg has written about travel, food, wine, and the arts for Seattle Weekly, Seattle magazine, Northwest Palate, Wine Press Northwest, and other publications. She has published three books: Corset, a book of poems; Chefs on the Farm: Recipes & Inspiration from the Quillisascut Farm School of the Domesic Arts, and The Green Vine: A Guide to West Coast Organic, Biodynamic and Sustainable Wines.
