Start-up Grant in Action

Celebrating our Launch! The Makers Guild has secured funding to develop a Makers Directory as part of an asset mapping research project through 2022. We are also conducting a countywide needs assessment and contracting multi-sector Market Plans to benefit Maker enterprises.
 
First step has been to construct the interactive Maker Platform you are now using and to populate it with Maker Profiles, tools and information.
 
Second step is to conduct a needs assessment through the online survey tool and personal interviews.
 
Third step is to apply that data to help Island Makers identify new markets, engage participants, and increase sales that build the Maker economy.
